Richard Strauss Sonata for Violin & Piano in E-Flat Major, Op. 18

Description

Strauss played the violin quite well, and his playing technique on the piano was also excellent.

Nevertheless, Strauss has only one violin sonata left.

It was mostly composed in the summer and autumn of 1887, and the second movement was completed in September of the following year, and the whole was completed.
